Oh, boy. I'm sorry; I misread the message.

In the Ibooks app, if you're using speech, simply swipe down once with two 
fingers. This will make the book read continuously. If you want to pause, tap 
once with two fingers, and resume the same way. You can also use the 
three-finger swipes i described in my last message.

Sorry for the confusion; I had Google Books on the brain, obviously.
