Yes there is, search for a app in cydia called "XBackup"  It will save your 
apps in it's cloud, and if you have your jb apps in a folder, it will put them 
back in those folders when you restore them.  And yes, it's completely vo 
accessible.  I think it cost 3 bucks, but don't quote me on that one.
