Hi, I'm not familiar with the help/about screen. I have not found this in the voiceBook VO app. Most of the screens in the app have a "done" button. Sometimes this "done" button is not at the top of the screen. I have another thought. Are you actually in the voicebook VO app? When I first set up voicebook VO, the official faceBook app opened for me to authorize the app. Then while in the official faceBook app, I clicked the link to read voiceBook VO's terms of service. Then Safari opened up.
