The app I think you are talking about is not accessible.
The only marginally accessible app that will allow you to edit Word
documents is Pages.
It is only marginally accessible in my experience.  Not worth the $9.99
unless you can use it with vision.

Hi, forgive me if I've misspelled the name of this app. It would appear you
can edit Word documents. Is that true? I'm looking for something that can
synchronize with Dropbox, and while I've found several editors for text
format, I want to find something that will work with Doc and DocX since
reading by paragraph is smoother with VoiceOver using those file formats.
