Hi, if your contacts are living only in your iPHone, and not in the
cloud, you should still be able to use them, but you will have to use
the GV Connect App. I personally find it superior to the free Google
Voice app. However if you want to get your contacts into Google itself,
you can go to http://contacts.google.com and sign in, then you can
import them from a csv file. It may take some work, but once you have it
done, it's very nice. I took it a step further and just have my iPhone
sync contacts from Google and so if I ever restore my phone, or upgrade
it, or change it, I can just sync from Google again and all my contacts
are there for voice, email, and whatever else.
Good luck.
