Hi, Along similar lines, when I bought my iPhone 4 at the AT&T store last year, the lady whom I worked with at the store transferred my contacts from my old Nokia 6682 to my iPhone and gave me the impression that store personnel had done that for a number of customers, too. It would have been a pain to have to do it myself, so I appreciated that extra service. Tom
