Hi Eric, when you rename a photo using Voice Over's label feature it's just a way for you, the voice over user to know what something is. It doesn't actually change anything in reality. This is sort of like labeling a graphic in Windows with your screen reader. All it does is give a label to the screen reader for your use, it doesn't change anything physical about it.

Raul, thank you for these very timely recommendations. I am taking a short trip
to San Francisco this week, and this time as a tourist, rather than resident.

Can anyone give some tips they use to manage photos? I thought we could rename
them, but also that the name does not hold when they are backed up or
transferred or there was some issue with that process?

Last, I might mention another such quick start app for video called Capture. I
have had it for a couple of years. It starts the video camera upon launch and
is disabled by tapping the home key, just as the apps you recommend. I have it
in my dock, which is something people might doe with one of these others, too.

Thanks again!

Eric
