I'm not sure what generically bluetooth means, but but I can't think of a Windows laptop that I or anyone in my family has had in the last few years that didn't have bluetooth built in. Oh wait, my 9 inch netbook from Asus doesn't have bluetooth built in, so I take that back. All of the rest from Dell, Asus and Lenovo have all had bluetooth though.
