Just downloaded the update and it is indeed as accessible as it was before. No problems navigating through the library though and with navigating through books. There are actually more ways to list the books in your library than I remember (before it just showed the books a certain way without any option to sort them.)
So yeah, it's definitely accessible again -- at least for me.
