The $199 has been standard price with contract from the carriers, from the Apple store, etc. I don't even think Apple necessarily lets resellers change the price. Where the deals may differ is if they are offering something for a previous model. The information is appreciated, but to put things in perspective, there is nothing special about Radio shack's deal there. You could have gotten more for selling the IPhone to hellototem.com or gazelle.com. Of course taking care of the entire transaction in the store in person does offer an unmatched level of convenience. Just don't let radioshack lead you to believe the deal they offer or offered is all that special. It's average at best.
