Hi Anthony. Unfortunately, while I don't have the solution, I can tell you that there have been times when my volume seems to go down very low just after I remove my phone from the dock I use to charge it at night. The first time it happened, I was slightly unnerved, thinking I had lost VO, but now, I know to just automatically check the volume whenever I think I have lost VO and nine times out of ten, a simple turning up of the volume will solve my problem.
