Hi, Amazon generally ships using the postal service, which sends out very little tracking information, so Track This can't supply very much. You'll find it provides a lot more info for packages shipped by UPS, Federal Express, or other specialized services. I just used Track This to track a Fed Ex package, and it worked just fine.
