I believe most Apple products are warrantyed for one year from date of purchase. How they handle their repair, I do not know. Fred Olver

That's what they did for me, and even let me add the protection after the fact that my volume control was already broke. It may be different for different people, I live about a 4 hour drive from one of the only 2 Apple stores in Wisconsin, so adding this plan to my phone was cheaper than it might cost to hire someone to take me. ----- Original Message ----- From: Joe To: [email protected] Sent: Friday, June 08, 2012 3:55 PM Subject: Apple and Replacements Hi, does anyone know at what point Apple outright replaces a product after it's tried on two previous occasions to repair it? The product's under Apple Care, and one would think they would just give it up and give you a new, or at least, refurbished unit. If anyone has some suggestions about where to go to read more up on Apple warranties, I'd be appreciative! ----------------------------------- Visit my site or follow me on Twitter. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the "VIPhone" Google Group.
