I can undersatnd why you woldn't want everyone to hear the numbers, but
if Siri didn't repeat them you wouldn't know if you were calling the
right number or not. Have you tried turning down the volume while Siri
was to loud?

I don't think there's a way to make Siri not repeat what you say first. The
most annoying thing I think is that it has to speak the phone number of
contacts. Since my Siri some how got very loud compared to normal VO, it's
more of an issue than the lucky people that got a Siri that's below normal
VO volume.

blah blah' and then it gives its response.
