Hi Rebecca, If you want to do this in iTunes, in the sources list, find your phone and rightarrow once to expand that view. You will hear the name of your phone followed by "opened".
Next tab until you hear about a radio button for apps, which you need to check. Keep tabbing for a while until you hear "sync apps" which is a Checkbox and check that. Then tab a bunch more until you find a button that says Sync and press the spacebar. When the apps are done being copied over to the phone you wil hear the typical sound you get when an iTunes operation is finished. The store on the phone is great, but a lot slower when you have to pick each app, double tap it, double tap install on the next screen, double tap the back button, swipe to the next one and repeat the process. Believe me, I've done it both ways and learned that when doing a reinstall of everything you have purchased, this saves lots and lots of time!
