I've only had that when there's a flaky connection to the apple site; which could be outside your control. But worth checking how good a connection you have to other remote service as a test. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Danielle McCullough" <[email protected]> To: "Viphone" <[email protected]> Sent: Thursday, June 14, 2012 3:52 PM Subject: Password problem
Hi, I hope somebody can help as I am completely stumped. My husbands phone has suddenly started telling him that his iCloud password/iTunes password/App Store password is incorrect. He hasn't changed it. Do you think there is any chance his account has been hacked? Has anyone ever seen this before? the thing is, his password can't have been changed as he has had no email saying so. This would usually be the case. If anyone has any ideas on this, we would really appreciate hearing them. Best wishes, Danielle -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the "VIPhone" Google Group.
