Hi I like the sound of this. What do you have yours sitting on? I was planning on setting mine on a dresser type of thing. Does this do more than charge the phone? I have no problem paying just am wondering why the prices of these are so high. Let me know.

Make sure to read the description closely if you are buying such a thing from ebay. I have been sold something in the name of a docking station in the past that did not charge the unit. It just had place to adjust the iPhone. I now have a JBL On Time Micro Speaker System which is compact and sounds great. It charges all kind of iPods and iPhones, and is also Great for using with a computer or other mp3 players using an auxiliary cable. It comes with a remote control but costs about $200. You will often find it cheaper on amazon. Last time I checked it was about $90. It seems to be much more information than you asked for but more you know better you can make choices.
