Hi,

I've looked at this device before. Part of the reason why I haven't
bought it is the price - its much more expensive in the UK; £150
compared to $150.
However, what might be of more interest to you is that I *think* you
also have to buy a device that lets the unit learn the codes from your
remote. This does seem slightly strange, but I investigated this sort
of device fairly extensively just under a year ago and this was the
case for all of the UK distributers at the time.

In other news, I still intend to develop my homebrew solution with a
web interface. Hopefully starting soon.
