Hallo Jenifer, the ColorVisor still should tell you the color names. What exactly happens when starting the app? What does it tell you. If the VoiceOver focus is on the RGB, CMYK, or color name label at the bottom right of the screen, is there some talking when moving around the iPhone. Did you try to restart the ColorVisor. Did you try to stop it in the app switcher before? Did you try to restart VoiceOver?
