Sieghard, thank you so much for this tip. I often forget that a complete reinstall can fix many problems, and it did this time. This fix seems to work for problems created when updating breaks something. I have only given it one test, but I was able to enter 30 or so digits after the call was connected and they all took. Also, I found the end call button can be reached with a 4-finger tap on the bottom half of the screen. I do not remember this being the case before, but I generally just flicked to find it. I see they have eliminated the "History" tab. Overall, I am pleased with the update. After so many complaints about broken features, I have not updated since last fall or so. I just called the canadian Air Miles line which at this hour only has automatic menus. I first put the call on Speakerphone since I didn't have a headset connected, then I selected "1" for English and after another 1 or 2 choices entered my 11-digit collector number, then my 4-digit PIN. After that I was in the main menu and I went in and out of various selections at least 20 times without problems. When i was done I double tapped the End Call button and the call was immediately disconnected. If you haven't done so yet, maybe delete the app from your phone and redownload it from scratch.
