Eric, this is very similar to photo voice which does the same thing, thing
is, though, I do not know if those who do not have photo voice installed on
their phone or computer can here the audio, might be nice to know for
voicepic as well. If you want to send me a photo, I will check out that
portion of the app for you.

I have only used this once, but so far it seems accessible. However, after
I shot a picture and sent it via Facebook, I do not know that the picture
was saved on my phone. I was hoping I could use it just to label pictures I
took.
Note voicepic is written as one word. I apologize for not having the
direct link to the App Store, where it is free.
Voicepic lets you add a five-second recording to a photograph and share
the photo and audio caption via e-mail or social-networking outlets
including Facebook and Twitter.
