Hi, You could try getting Siri on jailbroken iPhone 4 (with mixed success). iOS6 is coming to iPhone 3GS, 4 and 4S, iPod Touch 4G and iPad II and III, with iPad III getting Siri (in addition to presence of Siri on 4S).
