Hello. First what I do is transfer the recordings from my iPhone into my 
computer. I can do this either through iTunes filesharing, or through the Voxie 
Pro Web server and downloading them from my web browser. The next thing I do is 
open Goldwave and chop the files up using it. When I break the files down into 
smaller pieces I can also save them in whichever format I want. Usually MP3 at 
128 kbps is enough.
