Hi. I would like to ask the same, it is an old bug, that works that way with all braille displays. I would also like it to be solved. The only thing you can do is to plug a headphone into the minijack on your IPhone, when you can not hear it when it starts speaking, it is not a really good solution, but I am often using my phone with braille in situations when the speech is disturbing, and it must not speak in these situations.
