Well, I have completely given up on Navigon. If anyone has a clue how to get through to their developers, I'd like to know about it. In case something was wrong with my installation, I deleted and reinstalled it. It still thinks I live in Lake Jeanclia, Oregon, which doesn't exist. Before Garmin took it over I had been able to send a message to their support department. The web site is too ridiculous to deal with now.
