Hi JoJo,

The "i" button on the ToDo Checklist screen is used to access information about
the app. Double-tapping this button will take you to an "About" screen where
you can set up your preferences and find out help information for the app or
how to contact the developers for support. The options on the "About" screen
are not announced as buttons, but double tapping "Preferences" will take you to
a "Preferences" screen that will let you set options like whether you want to
sync with Dropbox, show notifications, or notify about task updates. By
default all these switches are set to "on", but you have to double tap the
entry for "Login", which again is not announced as a button, just below the
"Sync with Dropbox" switch entry, in order to go to the Dropbox web page in
Safari, so that you can log in with your email address and password in order to
associate the app with your Dropbox account. You should be returned to the
Preferences page once you double tap the option to allow the app to change your
Dropbox files. Use the App Switcher to return to the app if you don't want to
log into Dropbox on the Safari web page. There is also a user's guide you can
access by double tapping "Help" under the "About Checklist" heading on the
"About" screen. Again, "Help" is not announced as a button. You'll find that
when you flick right from the "About, back button" past the "Help" heading on
this screen that you won't hear anything announced apart from the click that
you're in a new area. Use a three finger scroll up hear so you can get to the
help user guide contents. You'll hear VO say "page 2 of 32", etc. The first
page is a cover graphic, which is why nothing is announced. The second page is
the table of contents, but I would just scroll directly again to page 3, which
begins with the "Application Overview", because the contents are announced with
comments like "24 periods" between topic name and page number, which is not
helpful. Once you are at page 3, you can just keep doing three finger scrolls
up to read through the contents of the user guide. Use the "About, back
button" in the top left corner of the screen to return to the "About" screen.
Use the "Close" button in the top right corner of the "About" screen to return
to the main screen of the ToDo Checklist app, which will have a heading of "My
Lists".

To add a task, flick right past the "Task Lists" entry just after the heading
and edit button, to the "add" button and double tap. Flick right to the text
field to the right of "List name" to type in a name for your task list. If you
don't type in name, you can flick right to a "more info" button that will take
you to a screen with heading "Choose title pattern" and select entries such as
"Shopping list", "Reminders", "ToDos", or "Work Tasks". Double tapping one of
these entries will fill in your selection as the list title. If you want you
can add to the end of the title, so that you put the date at the end of the
"Shopping List", for example. You again need to specify whether this list
should be synced with Dropbox. If the list already exists, and is in Dropbox,
you can double tap "Get" under the "List with Dropbox" heading.

Once you have created a list, such as "Shopping List", it will appear under the
"Task Lists" on the "My Lists" screen and you can double tap to select it.
Under the "Shopping List" screen there will be a "plus" button for adding
tasks, and a "back" button in the top left corner of the screen to get back to
"My Lists". You'll actually get a sample entry on the screen, such as "Bottle
of wine" when you create the list. Double tap on the entry to see your options
for specifying information related to this task, such as priority, date,
setting reminders, etc.

HTH. Cheers,

Esther
