Hi Kim, When you start a game, there is a spot that says something like spread cards. Double tap on that and you will find out if you won the deal or not. If you have the deal, there will be a deal button along the right side of the app a little way up from the bottom of the screen. Double tap that and it will be replaced with a discard button. To the left of that will be your hand. Double tap on the cards you want to discard and they will say "selected." If you change your mind, double tap again and the card will not be selected. when you have your two cards ready, hit discard. When you are in the playing up to 31 portion of the game, double tap on the card you want to play and then hit the play button which is where the deal and discard button was. The card that is turned over at the start of the hand is on the left side roughly above your first card. Above that will be the count building toward 31. The cards in play are roughly to the right of the card that was turned over. The layout is much like it would be if you were playing with real cards. Unless someone has figured out how to enable manually counting, it will count the hands automatically. Do some exploring and you will find where it shows each hand as it is scored.
