Hello,

If you live in the States You could always set up an Apple Id for your
sister, you would, of course, have to put your credit card on file with
Apple for that Apple Id or, I assume, you could maybe buy a US prepaid Visa
or something like that and your sister could pay you back the money; all
depends if you are close and trust her to pay you back. I haven't done this,
but I assume somebody from the US or Canada can buy apps when visiting
another country, maybe somebody who knows more about this could chime in and
confirm.

Regards,

Sieghard

Subject: obtaining apps when living outside of the u.s.

I have a sister who lives in South Africa. She recently bought an iPhone 4s
and is getting frustrated because she hears about the apps we have but she
can't get any of them. Is there a way for her to purchase any of the apps
that we seem to be flooded with?
