Hi reggie all I do is as follows. First I type out my message and if I want to respond to a particular message I will just copy it and paste it in and click on send. However if I want to create a email brand new I type out the message and then click on the favorite of this group and the message it ready to be sent so all I do is click send. If you do not see send that would mean the groups email address as you typed it May be wrong. I have no problem sending emails now. I love this program.
