Notes can be done like that. I agree that typing the new content in osmething else can help, I use TypeInBraille, but you can still open and edit any note, and when you've navigated to the right spot, paste the new content. have to say, I don't like VO's block marking or selection, so that level of editing is a VO thing and not an issue with the Note app itself. NoteBox does the same, but saves the notes on Dropbox, Droptext can then do both.... access and edit them at any time.
