Hi list. apologies if this comes through twice. I think my internet is playing games again.
A friend purchased a movie from iTunes using her iPhone. She then synced the phone to her computer. The movie accidentally got deleted off her iPhone, but when she tries to since it back to the iPhone from the computer, she gets a message saying the movie cannot be played on the iPhone and therefore can't be downloaded to the phone. Does anyone have any idea what's going on? If she redownloads the movie using her iPhone will she be charged again? the same thing happened when she downloaded a movie using the computer. It says it cannot be played on the iPhone. any ideas are appreciated on how to solve this problem. thanks Blessings! Maria Joe and loving guide Karly.
