Hello, I had this same problem at first. What I did was I relabeled the buttons using the relabel feature. Just do a two finger double tap and hold on the second tap until you here the tri tone. then this will open the relable dialog. there is a text field cancel and save button. you have to delete the label and then replace it with the name of the person. Just be warned that if you add a contact after you label a button you will lose the previous labels that you have changed. hth
