Hi List, I briefly saw someone asking how to use the "Dictionary.com" app. I use the Merriam-Webster Dictionary app, which is free. One can use voice to look up a word or type it in an edit field. When the results appear, one will get the word or list of words if the app didn't pick up the word exactly. Tap on the word you want. The Next screen will give the definitions, and synonyms' if needed. Check out the app in the app store and see if this may be something that will be easier to use. There is a premium and collegiate version, but it's the free one that you want. HTH.
