Hi Tom,
Yes, you can use iTunes to copy the memo to your computer. Connect your
iPhone to your computer, and focus on it in the iTunes source list.
Choose the Music tab in the multi-page dialog box. As you tab through
the choices for syncing music, you'll find "Sync voice memos." Check
that box, and then choose Apply. All your voice memos will be copied to
a Voice Memos playlist in iTunes.
