That is the exact keyboard.
I believe the people at A T Guys have also got a manual on their web site.

It is the exact same keyboard that you can get from the guy in the UK if you're 
talking about Computer Room Services.
Unfortunately, anyone outside of the US cannot get it from any US sellers, 
which includes AT Guys. we have new postal regulations that prohibit anything 
with internal lithium iON batteries being shipped internationally via USPS. 
This however does not extend to shippers such as UPS or Fedex, but such 
shipping costs would be really expensive and likely more than what the product 
is worth.

As I said, it seems to be the same keyboard sold by SpeedDots. On their
