Hi, Hold your finger on a letter until Fleksy tells you what the letter is. YOu can slide to a different letter if you need to. When you've found the one you want, lift your finger. Do this for each letter in the word. So it's like normal iPhone touch typing except that you have to hold your finger on each letter for a while until it's spoken before you lift it. Once you've entered the whole word, flick right, as you would when entering other words in Fleksy. I believe you then flick down if you want to save the word in Fleksy's dictionary.
