MSNBC had a pls stream. You can look for it on the internet and then
manually enter the link in Tune-in or any other radio app that allows to do
that. No idea about other channels though.

Some on this list will recall those good old days of TV radios that
allowed us to hear audio feeds of network stations. This was in the
time before digital television made those radios obsolete. Are there
any iPhone apps that allow us to hear TV? As the olympics approaches,
this might be something that would interest some on this list. Thanks.
