In either of these cases, try to make it so that you can find meanings in the password that no-one can guess except you. I'd suggest putting a capital letter in the middle and a bunch of numbers at the end, like myiP1214, myTESTword4me, etc. Using a punctuation in the middle of the password increases the security level of the password.
