The confusing thing is that Carat help talks about being to kill processes and programs in this "Process Manager". In App Switcher, I of course see the programs to kills, but not the processes to which Help refers.

Thanks, Corey. I just tried that, and still get the plain old app switcher.

Kind of like a double tap.

I agree. They say that pressing Home twice will get you into a process
manager where processes can be killed. But I sure can't figure it out.

Hi,

The problem is that Carat advises killing specific processes in some cases,
not just apps. As far as I know, there's no way for the user to kill a
specific process, so I don't know why they advise doing it.

Best,
Anna

Subject: Question Regarding Carat

I am using Carat to improve battery life of my phone, and I have a
question.
Carat has recommended killing and restarting some processes, and the help
says that pressing the Home button twice will get me into the process
manager. Of course, with VO, pressing Home twice gets me into the App
Switcher.

Does anyone know how to get into the process manager? Thanks for your
help.

Keith
