Hi.

I think I'm going to try running with auto lock turned off for a while and
see how it goes. It seems to be problematic in a couple of other apps as
well so it's worth a shot. Thanks.

Hi,

Talking Timer's great, and it's so simple to use. Well worth 99 cents. I
don't use auto-lock, so haven't run into that particular issue.

Chuck,

This is a terrific app. I just purchased it.

Do you have any issue with this app not continuing to speak once your phone
has done its auto screen lock? Unfortunately, that's what's happening here.
If I set a timer for anything longer than what my auto lock is set for, the
app no longer speaks which is not too useful. If you are not having this
issue, then I can infer that the issue only exists in IOS 6. Thanks.

Talking timer can be configured to give you prompts every minute, every five
minutes etc, and prompt every 15 seconds for the last minute. It is easy to
use, works very well and is 100% accessible.

I'm going to be giving a speech. I need an app that will read off time
interval which I determine ahead of time. For example I would like to set
the time for 15 minutes and then instruct the app to read out how much time
is remaining as frequently as I need. So the app might say 12 minutes
remaining and then 10 minutes remaining and then eight minutes remaining and
so forth. It would be too distracting for the app to read out every minute.
I don't know if there is such an app but if so please let me know what it
is. Finally preferably if I were to have the app read out in two minute
interval the app should be able to read out in one minute interval or even
30 seconds when I have one minute remaining. Hope that all makes sense.
