Sandy,Wwhen Quick Nav is on, you can use short cut keys to navigate to various
web  site elements with a    single key. For example, L will take you to links;
h to headers; f to form controls, etc. Shift plus those keys will reverse uour
order in scrolling through those elements. As far as reading through a site,
again I use the on screen jestures: two fingers up and down. I have an iPad and
find web navigation particularly difficult since the screen is large and the
web site configurations are generally more complex and confusing than with the
iPhone. Check out the youtube video on using the Apple wireless keyboard with
voice over, as well as the one titled Top Five voice over features in IOS 5,
also by Luis Perez.
