Hi Sharonda, I downloaded this app and tried it. It is not possible to get the cursor into the message body area with voice over on. I had to turn Voice over off, and tap in the message body area, then turn voice over back on.
This is a terrible app from a voice over point of view. None of the buttons are labeled. It is hard to navigate and has no Voice over friendly attributes. I use the email client in the iPhone's settings very successfully with G Mail. You can manage multiple accounts and access all of your mail boxes and folders. The only downside is that you will not get the G Mail contact list, that you will need to import into your contacts manually.
