Hi Joney, I can't respond to the unexpected crashes issues. Perhaps this was a problematic download? To delete books from the list of downloaded, double tap the "Edit" button in the top left corner of the screen. It will turn into a "Done" button. Move your finger vertically down the left side of the screen from this "Done" button to the title you want to delete. I usually do a split tap here -- I keep my forefinger on the screen and tap with my middle finger. There is a delete button to the left of each entry that VoiceOver is not announcing in the OverDrive app.
