Hi Pete I think this is a great idea. I am certainly happy to take requests for episode topics. I have received a couple of requests for a Democast on using Safari on IOS. I will include an episode that focuses on safari use on the iPad. It may take a while before I get to this though. Work and kids mean I don't get to dedicate as much time as I would like to the site and podcast.
