Rebecca, Motion X GPS Drive is what I recommend. It is a subscription based app, $2.99 a month or $24.99 a year if I remember correctly. It has a 30 day free trial period as well. It has all the standard GPS features, and the two features that I really like are the business search capabilities and that a route can be simulated before being done. I will give you an example of the search capabilities of this app. I went to search and typed in Norfolk Southern. It then pulled up the next screen where it gives you the search results by distance. The simulate a route feature is handy for route planning purposes. If I was in a new area or going to a business that was not on any of my usual routes, I would use that feature to have an idea of where I would be going. Plus that allows the map to be downloaded as well. It does use data. I don't know how much per use since I have unlimited data. Hope this helps. Jordan

I'm wondering about the various gps apps that are out there. I was out with my trekker breeze yesterday and noticed that on occasion when I was on route it told me that I wasn't and then about 5 or 6 feet later I was on route. I'm just wondering the differences between the various gps apps that are out there. When you use them, do you hold the i phone a certain way or how does that all work? What features do they have and which one would you recommend? -- Rebecca and Zeb email: [email protected] facebook: facebook.com/rebeccai5 Zeb's facebook: facebook.com/zeb.ilniski -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the "VIPhone" Google Group.
