I have never tried the Wells fargo app for depositing checks, but saw it on TV. I can not get into my Wells Fargo app to try it out, so, I am no help. As far as Chase is concerned, my sighted friends have problems with this feature. Imagine the worst scanning event of your life, multiply that by 100, and now you know what it is like to deposit checks with the app. In all fairness, they have to be secure, so the scans must be perfect.
If I were you, I wouldn't waste my time.
