Hello List A friend obtained an iPhone 4S on Monday but found it to be faulty. He took it back to the store and the unit was replaced. He could not restore it on his PC because then he could not show the store what the fault was. Now it still shows as his iPhone when he connects to itunes. Is there a way to get it removed?
