Thank you very much for that. I just wonder if the logout link will be available if there is no proper apple id, but I will tell him to try that. About the modification of the apple id I have a question. I still have a machine with xp on it, and when I go to http://appleid.apple.com it tells me to download safari to be able to access the site. I am not so clued up about all the tech things, but did not think that safari was going to work on a windows computer. Am I missing something here, or what do I need to do on the older machine to access that particular site?
