If you check the from address, you will be able to know beyond a shadow of a doubt that it is a scam. I just got one claiming to be from Apple Lost and Found. The from address was: iPhonelostandfound@hgb084.cooltrackerspick.rocks That is clearly an attempt to suck someone into something that will no doubt end badly. Richard
