Considering that 1) information posted about Apple Watch according to iOS 8.2 has VoiceOver on the watch itself, and 2) Apple received a pattent for glass which also acts as a speaker that is reportedly fully functioning in Korning (the manufacturers of Guerilla Glass) labs, this glass is expected to be incorporated on the Apple Watch. Therefore, reports of no speaker in the watch may not be relavent.
